yeah could be good if syphon is fully supported... i tryed dark mirror with ppsspp on my quad core 1gb ram phone and its works slowly and not very well... i think it needs more power to emulate psp better im managing to buy an hardcore computer

anyway this works and you can use ps3 controller too! even on smartphon works but slow, and using a software you can also pair your ps3 controller

How much players it can handle??

Ok I've just tried Logans Shadow with PPSSPP on my PC (Windows 7) and it lagged as hell.
Combat Ops seemed to work fine and without lagg when I was in the Map Editor.
Ad-hoc online works too, perfect

I'm even using my PS3 Controller for this and it is absolutely great haha

(If everything works perfectly and without lagg I'll make an official post with a tutorial video for Combat Ops on PPSSPP online which explains everything perfectly so everyone can play)

guys today real_love and me tried out SFCO online with PPSSPP and it works perfectly!
The gameplay runs without any lagg at all! real_love had some problems with his router which fhuked up the melee but yeah if your connection is decent, PPSSPP will work PERFECTLY!
And the best thing is: All you need for PPSSPP is a PC and a PS3 controller, that's it. You do not need a PSP!

You won't believe me if I say PPSSPP works about twice as fast than PSP. And the graphics is even better than in PSP hahaha It's just great!

I will make a Tutorial + an own video specially for Syphon Filter Combat Ops so everyone can join us and have fun.

This sounds fucking awesome! I haven't had a chance to try this out yet because I've been plastered since Wednesday but I'll definitely get it all set up tomorrow, can't wait to play SF again!! I've just got one question - do I need a PS3 controller for this? Can't I just use any PC compatible gamepad? PS3 controllers are bloody expensive.

yea u can use anything. You just have to set it up in the PPSSPP settings.

I've also noticed that how fast and smooth your gameplay with PPSSPP is depends on how you have made your graphics settings. Every game needs different settings so it can run without lagg. I'm still trying to figure out the best settings for SFCO. (i had the best settings but then i changed them and now I cant remember them )

Sorry about last night guys my computer ran out of battery but it worked, I was in the game for a few seconds before my laptop died. I've got everything set up now including the psp controller. I just need you to send me those settings again real because I've lost the file. I've transferred some old save data from my psp but it only has like 8 maps on it cos it's from the US version anyway I've made some more maps and I'm buzzing to get on and play a few matches. We should arrange a time to play, meet here at 8pm GMT tomorrow. If you're going to be busy then post a time that suits you.

here's the ppsspp.ini file.
I have removed the nickname and adhocServer IP Adress, so you'll have to set it up by urself. Else everything is ok... with perfect settings for SFCO.
PSP controls configuration is also set up in that file, maybe it will work for you too.

How the fuck am I supposed to implement these settings? Half of the stuff you wrote isn't even in the settings menu.

If you start PPSSPP and go to settings, you will get to the graphics settings. On the left side, u can switch between graphics, audio, controls and system. The options i mentioned are in the system settings.

You already have a ppsspp.ini file. The goal is to replace that file with the file i just gave u.
To find your ppsspp.ini file go to your ppsspp file >> memstick >> PSP >> SYSTEM >> and there it is. Replace it.

Yeah man I know where the system settings are what I was saying is that half the stuff in that notepad file aren't in the settings menu. Didn't realise I needed to replace the ppsspp.ini file, that makes a lot more sense. Thanks man!
