To play either Resistance, Syphon Filter Combat Ops, or Dark Mirror [ONLINE] follow the instructions bellow. I really hope this works for you guys. Please correct me were I'm wrong to make this a finely set up Step by Step guide. Imagine spreading the game and getting lots of people to play each other making it a 2016 revival xD

    THINGS YOU NEED
    -PS3 controller (optional)

-USB cable for controller (if controller isn't wireless)

-Better DS3 & DS3 Tool (installing controller drivers)
    DS3 Tool : https://www.dropbox.com/sh/a3fx20tkjd09f2h/AAAlpJFzcr5qHWN-1bAetZ7ia?dl=0
    Better DS3 : https://www.dropbox.com/s/a1xajkmivyq17uu/BetterDS3_1.5.3.zip?dl=0

    -Tunngle(set up servers)
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/5bi8dyle2s4zdjj/Tunngle_Setup_v5.8.6.exe?dl=0

-RR, SFLS, SFCO, or SFDM ISO/CSO (the game, make sure the game is multiplayer RIPPED)
Here's DM just to get started: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/zcadbrie56giiep/AAAz0WsPdvBxDaFDcm31JhhJa?dl=0
    Here's LS: http://50.7.136.26/happyxhJ1ACmlTrxJQpol71nBc/pspisos/Syphon_Filter_Logans_Shadow_USA_PSP-pSyPSP.rar

    -PPSSPP (emulator for psp games)
    https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hb734kbnyshwdoy/AACVpEOjzw6ZRYOBSzIgXo4Ca?dl=0

-Adhoc Pro (not needed if you enable BUILT IN PRO AD HOC SERVER)
Look it up yourself, it really isn't needed IMO.

    STEP 1: DOWNLOADS

Download all the things needed.Drag and drop PPSSPP to your
desktop. The game download can take a while.

    STEP 2: CONTROLLER SET UP

If you have a controller, hook it up to your PC and turn it on then download DS3 Tool then Better DS3. Open DS3 Tool FIRST.
Click the bubble that says "Xinput-Dafault - Xbox 360 controller emulator". Now click "DRIVER MANAGER" at the top. In
"HARDWARE LOCATION" area, click which ever one is the controller. Load the driver, wait, then click install all. If you get an
error that you can't install it, check this: http://windowsreport.com/ps3-controller-windows-10/

    STEP 3: GAME EXTRACTION

Hopefully your game downloaded by now. Create a folder in your Downloads folder in your PC and name it SFDMGAME. The
game we're using is SFDM, so lets start. Open up "Syphon_Filter_Dark_Mirror_USA_READNFO_PSP-pSyPSP" and drag everything
into that SFDMGAME folder. In there, there should be a file called "psy-sfdm.rar". Open it up and drag the ISO into SFDMGAME.
    You're done. moving on.

    STEP 4: SETTING UP PPSSPP

Now the more difficult part.  Open up PPSSPP, click GAME SETTINGS. I'll share what I have checked, it works very well, hopefully
    it does for you too.

-Check Hardware Transform & Enable Sound. no other thing should be checked.
-Renduring Resolution to AUTO or 2x.
    -Renduring Mode to Buffered Renduring.
    -Frameskipping to Auto or OFF.
Don't worry about the rest, you can tweak things around to your liking.

-Alright, now, head down to GAME SETTINGS --> MORE SETTINGS
-Go to AUDIO and set AUDIO BACKEND to AUTO.
    -Set AUDIO LATEMCY to MEDIUM.
-Go to CONTROL MAPPING and set up the controllers accordingly to PSP.
-Go to NETWORKING, enable NETWORKING/WLAN, enable BUILT IN PRO AD HOC SERVER, make sure
that every player has a DIFFERENT MAC ADDRESS.

    STEP 5: THE NEW SERVER

Follow the steps here for setting up a server. Works for all games not just Monster Hunter.
    http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=9754
The above is basically downloading and installing Tunngle. Once that's done don't worry about the rest, I can break it down easier...

    Find the server on Tunngle:
    Server name: Syphon Filter
    Password: LOGAN

    STEP 6: THROW BACK

Go to Dark Mirror, Multiplayer, then hit Ad-Hoc.

We have already tried playing Syphon Filter Combat Ops online with PPSSPP. It works but from our experience there is something that fucks it all up badly: Players become invisible. At random times (very often though) you spawn as usual and run around normally, so on your screen everything seems fine but other players actually can't see you. They can only see your motionless body in your spawn place while you are actually running around and killing other players. This bug mostly happens if you spawn in buildings or in a place with walls around you.
That's why we never had any motivation with PPSSPP here. It is really unplayable. What we haven't tried yet is setting the spawn locations in open fields only but I doubt this would work cause everytime someone entered a building, his body would probably get stuck there and he would become invisible.
Melee doesn't work well with PPSSPP either. It is really weird.

The best way to play SF online together is through the PS3 app called adhocParty. I've tried that too and it worked even better than ever. No lags or bugs... nothing. And in adhocParty people can't use cheats either. The bad thing is that adhocParty requires a PS3 which has to be connected to he router with an internet cable (wired connection) instead of using WLAN. Some ppl dont have a PS3, some can't make a wired connection since their PS3 is too far away from the router.

    That's it.

I was doodling around with DM and no bugs seems to occur although the melee problem somewhat remains... Nothing bug really stood out... Is it probably that you used Hamachi? Or maybe some option in Ppsspp? I tried DM and, like I said, it worked pretty fine. . .

DM was already said to be tested and working. SFLS's ad hoc seems to freeze... Does it happen to you when you enter ad hoc through LS? And SFCO was never tested officially & stated that it worked, but you now stated it doesn't work so good. I never liked CO anyways, mainly loved LS & DM so I can collect a few DM players.

And okay... Hopefully it's a good game they'll bring to the table. =/

Of course SF works I checked. SFDM works fine, I think I'll play that to take the urge to play out. SFCO was crap IMO and probably SFCO has things added/changed that cause the bugs, who knows, the PPSSPP v1.2 update probably fixes the bugs. . . Check again Manof and tell me if CO works. I might not like it, but boy do I miss my M16k headshots!

And hey, reallove, download & install Tunngle and find my server.
    Server name ---> Syphon Filter
    Server Password ---> LOGAN

Join it and try finding people that wanna play SFDM. . . And make sure you play DM, that you don't lag, try making things run as smooth as possible.

This bug can probably be resolved if players set an alternative speed button and press it when the map is loading and turn it off when selecting weapons...
